Refunds & Cancellations

Last updated: 23 September 2026

GO ALL INC. runs Nothing To Lose. This is our refund and cancellation policy. It forms part of our Terms of Service.

1. Summary

  • 30 days: you can get a full refund within 30 days of purchase, if you have not used the purchase.
  • Used: you launched a live event on it with a paid feature (see section 2).
  • Cancelling: stops the next renewal. You keep access until the end of the period you paid for.

2. What counts as used

A purchase counts as used once you launch a live event on it that uses a paid feature: more than 10 participants joined (not counting you), or your event or company name, or your own logo, shown on the screen.

Building and saving activities does not count. A small test with 10 or fewer participants and no paid feature does not count either.

3. Subscriptions and passes

Monthly plans, yearly plans and passes can be refunded in full within 30 days of purchase, if the purchase has not been used. This applies to yearly plans too.

Subscriptions renew automatically. Each renewal gets its own 30 days. You can get a refund for a renewal within 30 days of the renewal charge, if you have not used it since that charge.

Passes (the Pro 3-day pass and the Max 5-day pass) are one-time purchases and do not renew. A used pass cannot be refunded, even if some of its days are left.

After 30 days, or once a purchase is used, it cannot be refunded. You can still cancel a subscription. Cancelling stops the next renewal, and your access continues until the end of the period you paid for.

Custom plans follow the refund terms written in their quote.

4. Cancelling

Cancelling is not a refund. Your plan keeps working until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that, your account moves to the Free plan.

To cancel, email nothingtolose.internal@gmail.com from the address on your account. You can also use the cancellation link in your Paddle receipt. Cancel before your renewal date. If a renewal has already been charged, section 3 applies.

5. When we refund anyway

When the fault is ours. If a problem on our side, such as an outage or a defect, stopped your event from running, tell us. We may refund the purchase in full or in part, at our discretion, based on how much went wrong. This applies even after 30 days.

Poor venue Wi-Fi, a phone with no signal, or a screen that will not connect are not faults on our side. Please still tell us about them. It helps us improve the software.

6. How to request a refund

Email nothingtolose.internal@gmail.com and include:

  • the email address you used at checkout;
  • the purchase date, and the order or invoice number from your Paddle receipt;
  • which plan or pass you bought;
  • if it's about a specific event, its Event ID. You'll find it under Account → Past events → tap the event;
  • one line on why you are asking.

We reply within 3 business days. If we approve the refund, Paddle returns the money to your original payment method. Your bank or card issuer decides how long it then takes to reach you.

7. Merchant of Record

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Your card or bank statement may show Paddle instead of Nothing To Lose.
