Something broken, a question about a plan, or an event coming up that you want help with? Write to us here. A person reads every message.

1. When we are around

  • Email: any time. We reply within 3 business days.
  • Phone: Monday to Friday, 10:00 to 18:00 Philippine time (UTC+8).

If your event is soon, say so at the top of your message, and say when it is. We answer the most urgent messages first.

2. What to put in your message

The more of this you include, the faster we can help.

  • The email address on your account. Write from it if you can.
  • The room code of the event, and roughly when it ran.
  • What you expected to happen, and what happened instead.
  • Where it happened: the host screen, the shared screen or a participant’s phone. Tell us the device and the browser.
  • A screenshot or a photo of the screen, if you have one.

3. Billing, invoices and receipts

Payments are handled by Paddle — see Refunds.

Lost your receipt? Need a tax invoice, or a different billing name on it? Email us and we will arrange it with Paddle. Plans and prices are on Pricing.

4. Privacy requests

To get a copy of your data, correct it, delete it, or close your account, email nothingtolose.internal@gmail.com with “Privacy” in the subject line. We answer within 30 days. Section 11 of our Privacy Policy explains your rights.

7. If something goes wrong

If we have let you down, tell us. For example: a charge you did not expect, an event that did not run, or a message that got no reply.

Email nothingtolose.internal@gmail.com or call +63 956 146 9207. Put Complaint in the subject line so we see it first. Tell us what happened, when it happened, and what you would like us to do.

We reply within 3 business days and aim to resolve every complaint within 7 calendar days. If it will take longer, we will tell you why and give you a date.

If you are not happy with how we handled your complaint, you can take it to the Department of Trade and Industry (DTI). The DTI handles consumer complaints in the Philippines. Complaints about online sellers go to the DTI’s Fair Trade Enforcement Bureau (FTEB). DTI mediation is free. There is no filing fee.
